Important Notice: Although we test all our designs in wax before releasing them, we are often pushing boundaries of what is possible in wax. The more complex the design, the stronger the wax you will need. We test our complex 3D designs with 4600 (Paraffin Wax) as often the softer wax can break during demoulding. We don't label each mould as to which waxes work with each mould as there are so many, and so much variation (wax blends), also our customers use these moulds for resin and other materials. A majority of our moulds are made to order, therefore returns have a large impact on our business. A mould isn't always faulty because the wax being used breaks when demoulding. Please be mindful when ordering, if the mould is a 3D mould, then softer wax may not be strong enough to de-mould it without breakage. Following this notice, should you continue your purchase and discover your wax is too soft for the mould, and would like to return it, we reserve the right to refuse a request for return.
